As Ashley ‘Mad Bass’ Burrell does on occasion, he flew up to Auckland for the 2012 Speedshow at the ASB Grounds in Greenlane. And why wouldn’t he, the combination of Hot-Rods, stunt driving and a good atmosphere it covers most grounds for most Carshow fans!
We at ABTEC have been supporting and running the Carshows site for seven years now and are looking forward to the next seven years of Carshows too!

There is just something about old school muscle cars that I love and this show had a lot, so it was very hard to choose just one for this blog!
Mini’s doing short Auto-Cross runs looked like one of the main crowd drawers cards of the day and Ashley was saying people were going nuts over it too!
How MAD is this! I wonder how many cars he has written off practising?
As the day went on it looks like the stunts got MADDER too!
